I want to know how God serve Justice to other people who are non-Christians if their Christian neighbors have been unfair to them.

I mean, Does God overlook the offense that Christians do against their neighbors once these Christians repent?

okay, let's say the offense is intentional.

There is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. Meaning God still forgives the Christian, but there is still dicipline from God as the consequence for the sin.

The non-Christian can be forgiven too. All they have to do is have faith in the Lord Jesus Christ death on the cross as a payment for their sins. And bame, they are given the Holy Spirit and they are a saved individual.

No.
Jehovah is a God of justice as well as mercy.

As an example, when king David sinned against Uriah and God with Bathsheba, God did forgive him, but he still had to pay a price for his sin.

Of course, he, himself, eventually did die.

Another example, if you were to violate a rule that God established, such as the law of gravity, by stepping off a really tall building and half way down repenting, God could forgive you. Unfortunately, you would still have to bear the consequences of your actions.

Forgiveness is NOT a free ticket to ride.

Yes, He does. However, in repentance we are to make amends to the person we have harmed as well. We should at least attempt to apologize and if the other person doesn't accept it, we have done all we could do to fix the problem.

EDIT: If the offense is intentional and they don't try to amend the situation, then I don't think they have honestly repented. Repentance means that you feel bad about what you did (if you feel bad about it, you will try to resolve the problem) AND that you are not planning to do it again. I believe God will deal with them to make them feel bad about it so they will repent and if they do not.... then they will be held accountable for their sin.

"Have courage child, your sins are forgiven" - New Testament

"Forgiven" does not mean do what you will, feel sorry and repent, but don't make reparations for your offenses.

Part of being forgiven is to do what is right, just, loving, good, etc.
If you sin against your neighbor and are truly sorry and repent, God will forgive you, but you also have to turn around and do what is right - which includes appologising to your neighbor and trying to do good by them.
If you don't, then you are sinning again.

As long as the offenses are not intentional with malice or hateful God does not count actions, thoughts or deeds of his children as sin. We cannot be perfect until we get there.

once a person repents, in true repentance the person will fall to his/her knees and ask forgiveness for ever sin ever committed by them. and if possible the person will go to his/her neighbor and ask that persons forgiveness as well. then to gain admittance to heaven. the person will study God's word through prayer daily asking for the guidence of the Holy Spirit, in preperation for baptism. once baptized all sins are washed away and forgotten. God says he throughs the given sins into the deepest part of the sea. John 3:5 no baptism by full immersion, no heaven. sprinkling on the head will not cut it. By baptism we cofess our faith in the death and ressurection of Jesus Christ, and testify of our death to sin and of our purpose to walk in newness of life. Thus we acknowledge Christ as lord and saviour, become his people, and are recieved as a member by his church. Baptism is a symbol of our union with Christ, the forgiveness of our sins, and our reception of the Holy Spirit. It is by immersion in water and is contingent on an affirmation of faith in Jesus and evidence of repentance of sin. It follows instruction in the Holy Scriptures and acceptance of their teachings.( Rom 6:1-6; Col 2:12,13; Acts 16:30-33; 22:16; 2:38; Matt28:19,20.) any one that answers questions and does not use the Scriptures verse for verse to do so, you must beware of them.

We all, including Christians, will have to answer for our actions. Those who do not have a relationship with JESUS will be judged as to where they spend eternity. Christians will be judged as to their actions after accepting the gift of grace. That will determine their rewards. We are told in the Bible about fruits of the spirit. These are qualities that we will exhibit if we have the right relationship with GOD. The Bible also tells us that many who call themselves Christians are not in fact children of GOD.

Not at all! YHVH offers salvation (eternal life) like a marriage contract. Take His name, and follow His rules. thus enter into life. Believers followed Torah for 300 years until obedience was outlawed by "Christians".... Then again, maybe sin is fine with "god" (who is worshipped by "Christians"). In other words, you have indicated in your question that you are on the outside looking in, for you have failed to acknowledge the Creator in the way He asks you to accept Him.

the real key to repentance is turning your life around. so the question is are you trying to be a decent person?

Ask Him.
or better yet, don't. The very fact that no one on the planet can answer that completely accurately, means that God's trying to tell us "I'm mysterious, deal with it."
