what about the people who got affected of the consequences of sins committed? like for example, the "repentant" spread lies and made up stories about another person that ruined that person's reputation, would God overlook that consequence in favor of that "sinner" who damaged that person's name?

how does God serve Justice to ALL people equally, regardless of their beliefs?

Do not confuse forgiveness with restitution. We are forgiven by the sacrifice of our Redeemer, this does not give us a "Get Out of Jail Free" card. As with any healthy relationship, once a person has entered into a true relationship with God and an honest relationship with themselves, it is impossible for that person to walk away from their "sins" without making restitution for their actions or inactions.
As a matter of fact, the closer a persons relationship with God and the more educated and informed that person becomes about God, the more obligated that person becomes in their responsibilities to God and to all of humankind.
Think of your primary relationship, whether it is with a spouse, a friend, or a family member. Any wrongs not only must be apologized for, but they must be made right in order for that relationship to continue along a healthy path. Your loved ones will probably forgive you automatically, but in order for he relationship to grow those within the relationship must endeavor to heal injuries, whether they be large or small.

God is the ultimate parent. You cannot and will not get away with anything which is a "sin" in His eyes. You can repent of that transgression which you committed, but you will be held accountable. You must remember that repent means "to turn". If you continue to commit this particular sin then you have not repented. Then you are moving into the realm of apostasy. Which is worse?
God will not be mocked.
There is no impunity!

To repent of a sin is not not simply mouth the words. It means you are truly sad about committing the sin...not of being caught or not being caught...rather you are sad you have grieved God. You are sorrowful that your action or thought is why the nails were driven harder into your Savior's hands and feet. You desire to have that sin forgiven through the blood of Christ AND desire never to do it again. To turn away from the sin and follow the Lord is what repentence is.

The earthly consequences of sin may or may not be removed...but you may be forgiven in the eyes of God. Those consequences may affect others and may even transcend generations. That is why sin is like a cancer that leads only to death.

God only forgives sin of Christians, once they ask Him too. Repentance is just a fancy way of saying that. All people can be forgiven, but they must become Believers first. Then you can be forgiven. Once forgiven, and saved, you are truly free, and no sin you commit can keep you from being Saved.

First you need to answer the question for yourself whether or not all people experience justice equally.
