I have around 300. I love alternative rock, some jazz and chill out.
I'm into incubus, 311, foo fighters, modest mouse, zero 7, the used, the ataris, killers, weezer, jack johnson, pete yorn, blue october, coldplay, paramore, fall out boy, maroon 5, splender, daughtry, fuel, travis... seriously I could go on all day.

How do you know how many artists you have in there? I have almost 5,000 songs so it would take a long time to go through & count them myself. I have quite a diverse variety of types of music, too. I love so many different kinds of music. Just a few: acid, children's, rock, grunge, pop, folk, metal, rap, punk, new wave, ska, oldies, blues, indie, lo-fi, garage.

I have 250 artists in my ipod nano and the music is a wide range from country to r&b. I have some classical stuff, soft rock, country, rap, christmas music.....
