You need a second opinion. Maybe try a beauty counter or something, and ask them if they think your blackheads are extreme.

Some blackheads are just normal, and there's really nothing you can do about them. But when you are staring at them in the mirror, suddenly they start looking enormous and hideous -- but in real life, people don't notice them unless they are six inches away from your face!

If your second opinion says they are no big deal, trust that person.

If they are abnormal, ask for some advice. Those Biore strips work pretty well, but they leave enormous holes behind, so you can't wear make-up for a day or two, or you will wind up with make-up filled pits.

Boil about four cups of water and when it reaches a boil, take a towel and cover your head over the boiling water partially.

Let there be a place for steam to escape.

This will open up your pores.

Stand for about 5-7 minutes. Then afterwards, try to correctly remove the blackheads with a zit remover or your finger nails.

A paper clip also works as well and try your best to get under the pus to bring it out fully.

After you are satisfied, wash your face normally.
