Yes, some researches says that a high-fat food alter the brain biochemistry in a similar way to drugs such as morphine, this is due to the release of opioids (chemicals in the brain) that reduce the feeling of being full.

I'm sure, especially sugar. People are addicted to soft drinks, so why not? Have you ever known any Diet Coke drinkers? Tell me those people aren't addicted to the stuff. They have like several a day! And that stuff's worse than the original formula. Just an example.

Yes but that are like to remain or some time and soon you will get tired of it since our system is not junk food oriented. Take it occasionally as a measure of taste change but try to remain faithful to home made food. Thanks

Of course! Cravings are often driven by a deficiency. Not getting enough salt? You crave potato chips and pretzels. Not enough glucose - donuts and chocolate. Iron deficiencies surface in meat cravings. Often, what your body needs is only a small component, but even if you don't know what's in that food, your body does. So you crave that food, regardless of the negatives, like too much fat or calories.

It depends of the junk food, but some of the ingredients are highly addicitive. These include: sugar (mostly sucrose), MSG (Monosodium glutamate), caffeine, and some preservatives and "E" numbers....
