Mirko's style is straight up K1 Kickboxing.
He is at his best when he stalks his opponent and can control the pace. If his opponent controls the speed of the fight he can become frustrated and passive. This is most evident in his fights with quality stand up fighters Fedor and Mark Hunt and Kongo.

His most lethal weapon and the kick EVERYONE that fights him studies is his LHK (left high kick). He's made a highlight reel of putting people to sleep with it. His counter-punching is better than most and his take down defense is stellar. His horizontal movement is top-notch as well.

His ground game has improved slightly but he is susceptible when put on his back.
After winning the OWGP in dominating fashion his biggest weakness has become glaringly apparent. That weakness is his motivation.

Cro Cop does Kickboxing and MMA concepts at his gym.
From what I've seen, he's pretty feared for his striking ability. His startegy changes, but I consider him either a mid (As in between being a defensive fighter, and a aggressive fighter), or being more aggressive than defensive (Which doesn't imply he can't block or dodge). He's a heavyweight, and he delivers strikes at medium-fast, if not very fast speed. He's also well known with other kickboxers such as Hoost and Bonjasky for high kick knockouts.

he is a Kickboxer, and as far as kickboxers go he is european style- moves more like a boxer, maintains space, circles and side steps etc. rather than the more American/muay thai style of kickboxers who go 'straight forward' or 'straight back'.

He obviously has done a lot of grappling as well to do well in MMA. His main advantage here is he is very hard to take down.

Firstly he predicts the takedowns well, since strikers do have better reflexes in general than wrestlers.

However they are usually weaker than natural grapplers so that advantage is negated.

Crocop though has rare natural strength similar level to world grapplers, a very strong spine in particular which means with his ability to control space and takedown defence training, he becomes as difficult to take down as anyone out there.

He has in fact wrestled with national greco superheavyweight champions in training and even they find it hard to budge him.

His speciality attack is the high kick to the head.

He has a good chin, but not a great chin.
