Well, I know that people will have continue to have a strong disliking toward that person because they would consider them ugly and constantly insult them. However, that would happen among young people, such as teenagers. For this reason, teenagers are generally inexperienced because they have not learned much, especially what matter the most regarding their future as being adults. Therefore, if you think that it all about the looks, then you should reconsider about taking your academics seriously because that will help you establish yourself as mature adult with a reasonable income that possibly allow you to live a luxurious lifestyle. Believe me, it is all about your true intentions which matters the most. In addition, be confident and love yourself because it will help you to develop into your own person, which would allow to be strong and help you stand firmly regarding decision making. Be believe, it is worth being yourself because you matter the most to yourself!! BE STRONG!!!

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.

The secret is never to touch the spots

My 13-year-old daughter has acne. She gets a combination of huge blackheads on her nose and cysts on her cheeks. She also gets a lot of pimples on her hairline. She's been seeing a dermatologist who prescribed a cream, a foaming facewash, and medication. So far, her acne has responded quite well. She still gets an occasional pimple but her complexion isn't nearly as bad as it used to be. She actually is severe enough to be put on Accutane but the dermatologist didn't want to do that. For female acne sufferers, they literally have to jump through hoops to be able to take this medication. Not only do they have to take at least two forms of contraception but also undergo regular pregnancy checks and keep track of their menstrual cycles. This is even if they are not sexually active.

I understand you said not to recommend you any products, but please hear me out. Don't use any products They are bs. If you do happen to go to a doctor though The best medication prescription for acne is 10 mg once a day of the antibiotic doxycycline for 6 months. Make sure you take PROBIOTICS with it. Probiotics are sold over the counter in every pharmacy. It is important to take them because the antibiotics destroy your stomach flora and probiotics help to stabilize this flora. And don't just take one tablet a day as directed in the probiotics bottles. That is just bullshit. Nothing happens to anyone from Probiotics. They are like vitamins. Ask your doctor he will tell you the same thing. Anyways I just wanted to help and I hope 6 months from now you will come back here and write to me saying THANK YOU!! You will be glad with the results. The products for your face I think are useless total rip off. Why put chemicals in your face use 100 million different types of soaps and so on. Hopefully you will consider this and be happy so HAPPY 6 months from now. GOOD LUCK!!

Once someone said my blackheads looks like freckles...thanks....
Most people don't bring up my skin, but there was this weird incident where this one girl I didn't even know very well was asking me if my pimples bled when I popped them - ewwww! And she kept going on about her cousin's zits.

But I no longer face bad skin after taking a month and a half of Accutane. It's just a f-cking blessing. It's amazing. But I still have all of the scars and large pores.

right now i'm suffering from acne but no one seems to really care. I dont really wear any of the mask stuff because i think that it really does make acne worse and helps it show up more. really watching your diet wont really help (tired it). really all you need to do to help it go down is just give your face a good washing twice a day (sunup & sundown)
