Ohhh man, it mostly depends on whats inside the tacos or burritos. Gotta be more specific but in general I'd have to say a burrito because, although i eat tacos it doesn't give me much gas. And whenever i eat burritos it gives me alot more gas haha. If your so curious about this, why don't you try eating one and wait until one is completely digested and eat the other one. A little experiment and who knows maybe you can tell us something about your experience.

Well, the answer to this question relies a lot on the individual consuming them.

I would say, however, that because burritos tend to be fried, the extra grease in them could potentially promote more stomach gas.

Again, however, this tends to depend on the individual. Some people are built in such a way that neither would really cause much gas.

you're making fairly good factors yet I nonetheless chosen Tacos. I advise they the two are quite good yet at cases if a burrito is in basic terms too crammed with issues it fairly is messy besides and in some situations the quantity of beans in it makes me ill. Tacos are smaller, less complicated and whether a tad messy as a results of shell they are no longer as messy and perplexing to hold.

key ingredient are the beans...ill have to say the burrito, unless your stomach is sensitive to hot sauce too, id still say the burrito.
