The true God of Abraham sent his Son Jesus Christ the lamb of God foretold by the prophets.
The Isa of Islam is not the Christ of Christianity.
The Islamic Messiah has no reason to be the Messiah the Qu'ran never explains what makes Jesus the Christ.

Christians believe Jesus is the Messiah and the son of God.
Muslims believe Jesus is the Messiah too, in their own way. They believe that Jesus was a prophet, great and noble, but not quite as noble and great as Muhammad.
Jesus, though not as good as Muhammad, is still their Messiah however. Muhammad is merely a prophet of uncommon good faith and morals, dearer to Allah than any other prophet before him- including Jesus (according to Muslims).

to christian, jesus is their messiah. but, for muslim like me, jesus is also a messiah. there is no word of 'true messiah' because there are so many messiah in the bible as stated.

first you must tell us what do you mean by this if you mean healing by miracle then by Muslim it's jesus or Isa(as) if you mean true prophet it's both of them if you mean last prophet on whose teachings we should believe it's Muhammad(saw) jesus was also a great prophet but his teachings have bean changed by the passage of time and he would come at the end of this world to tell the truth and it's not any imam we are waiting for it's really jesus

im a muslim (n i dunno abt the christians)insha allah isa (saw) is going to come
and imam mehdi is going to come
both will fight the evil named kanedajal (he will have a third eye on his forehead)
