dont go "on" diet- if you do you will also go "off" diet and gain all back.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 400-600cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day (have lots of veggies to eat in between meals if you are still hungry)
8 glasses of water -carry bottle of water with you and when you feel hungry drink it - we often confuse hunger with thirst (our bodies confuse it)
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for average of 45min, light weight training a few times a week (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, ice cream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
of course you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
use fitday.com for tracking your intake.

as far as the diet goes, every pound of fat is 3,500 Calories.

So if you want to lose weight, exercise more and eat less. I'd emphasize the exercise more.

Average person with average activity (somewhat low) uses a 2,000 calorie diet to stay normal. If you cut back a little bit to 1,500 Calories (I would SERIOUSLY avoid going below that), and up your activity by running a few miles every other day, doing stairs, or other activities, you can get your metabolism up to about 2500 Calories easy. That's a deficit of 1,000 Calories a day, which means 7000 Calories a week. if each pound is 3,500 Calories, that's 2 pounds a week. Keep it up slow and steady, and you can lose 10-15lbs by prom easy.

If you eat less, I'd suggest supplementing with a multivitamin to make sure you get what you need.

If you need a last-minute weight-loss, go for water weight, but that's not healthy to do for more than a day or two.

Forget healthy eating plan I devour like a horse and I best weigh 9 stone. This is what works for me: Eat probably, if viable each 3 hours, whilst your frame realises that it is getting a constant provide of meals it raises it is metabolism, burning energy faster and is way much less prone to retailer energy as fats. When consuming attempt to devour plenty of top protein meals and do not move too difficult at the carbs. Try move handy on trans and saturated fat even though you're allowed the strange deal with. Drink plenty of water! At least one gallon according to day. Tea, espresso and fizzy beverages are O.K however they don' rely closer to your total water consumption. As for recreation I perform a little mild weight coaching 4 days every week and cardiovascular (I use a rowing desktop) 2 days every week with one days relaxation. There is a usual notion that doing cardiovascular recreation on an empty belly is helping burn energy. This is absolute garbage don't do it. Weight coaching is a well notion as muscle tissues burns plenty of power, even even as you sleep. You do not have got to come to be Mr/Mrs universe however any fats tissue which you'll convert to muscle tissues is not going to best make you appear bigger however expand your metabolism. Getting tons of sleep may be fundamental whilst looking to construct muscle. Good Luck

It doesn't really matter what lotion you use you will still get a tan. If you use the 100 dollar lotions they get you tan faster but it's up to you.
