I would say dye it brown, but if you part it to one side and do a low pony tail and put it over your shoulder or put in in a bun with the extra hair coming out on the top over the bun is really cute.

you could try bangs and wear cute bows on the sides of your hair (like Riot-Grrrls, early 90s Courtney Love and Kat Bjelland and Kit Pistol from Project Runway)
you could wear a black headband, maybe with a bow, for an Alice in Wonderland look (like Gwen Stefani)
you could try soft waves for a Glamor look (like Marilyn Monroe and Christina Aguilera)
you could try crazy temporary dyes in black, pink, etc. to either add streaks or color the ends of your hair
Or you could try pigtails (my boyfriend has a thing for blonde pigtails :p)
