They tried to console Job when his troubles came. Not very good advisers, since Job had to offer a sacrifice for them.

They reincarnated into the 2oth Century. Bildad became a banker. Zophar was a Jewish dress maker (also gay) and Eliphaz became a carbon copy of an Adolph Hitler wanna-bee. All three of these guys met up on the I-40 Interstate off the 101 Exit and stopped at the Last Gasp Bar and Grill, just before coming into Oklahoma City. Bildad, who by now was called "Baby Pie" and Zophar, who was working with the government, all met together at the bar and grill and shot each other in the head.

Bildad called into question the object of Job’s trust, intimating that he had forgotten God and that his trust had been placed elsewhere. (Job 8:13, 14)
And three companions of Job got to hear of all this calamity that had come upon him, and they proceeded to come, each one from his own place, El′i·phaz the Te′man·ite and Bil′dad the Shu′hite and Zo′phar the Na′a·ma·thite. So they met together by appointment to come and sympathize with him and comfort him. 12 When they raised their eyes from far off they did not then recognize him. And they proceeded to raise their voice and weep and rip each one his sleeveless coat apart and toss dust toward the heavens upon their heads. 13 And they kept sitting with him on the earth seven days and seven nights, and there was no one speaking a word to him, for they saw that the pain was very great.
There thus arose a great controversy between the religious clergy and God’s anointed, ordained remnant, just as Job got involved in controversy with Eliphaz, Zophar and Bildad. Thus, like Job, the anointed remnant became especially preoccupied with themselves and their personal standing with God. They failed to give full appreciation to God’s name Jehovah and to see that the vindication of God’s name and universal sovereignty was the chief thing, so that they should be his witnesses with that chief issue in view. Their getting to heaven was not the main thing.

They judged Job falsely. Yet when God had Job pray for his 'friends', Job was so blessed.
it's he who forgives, that is forgiven. as Christ forgave so also should we forgive others.
