If you paid with a Credit Card, phone the CC company when you have the statement with that debit on it and dispute payment.
You will have to pay it, but you will get a credit with your next statement.

go through the court- its very very easy and can be done on line.
Search for small claim courts on line and you can begin legal action.

I had an appauling holiday with Thompsons, they offered compensation of 75 pounds so took legal action. Seeing I was serious they then offered 600 pounds or so plus legal costs which I accepted.
