Just make a Folder (new Folder) > (Sub-Folders) Download > Drivers
and put the files there!
You can do it however. But, I use the above for Drivers.
You could make it; Download > Drivers > SuSe
Each name is a folder within a folder. Understand?

If, you were to try and install them, I really not think that work, so, no problem there.

I better add; I have Suse but not what you have (Version, mine like 9.0?). I use Ubuntu. I have used/installed both and others and let them detect the system best they do, then I worry of what I needed after the install. If, this helps.

For example, I have many Drivers installed for things like printers, Scanners, they only will load when a program ask for them it the section they installed (Win32 System or whatever). You probably have .dll files you not use, they there and not hurt.

Linux drivers won't install under Windoze. If Windoze goes crazy and starts writing bits and bytes everywhere, don't blame Linux.
