I can't seem to get the Metra ipod adapter I bought to work in my 2000 Toyota Celica. It's just supposed to plug into the back of the stereo and then u connect the pod to it. I can't seem to get the actual radio to switch to aux mode, because the ipod is recognizing the cord and is charging from it. Any ideas? Thanks -Rob

Unless the stereo has a rear aux input for your ipod/zune/whatever, it will NOT work. To see if it does, you'll have to pull your stereo out of the dashboard. If it doesn't have an input for it, you'll have to get an aftermarket stereo, an FM transmitter or a cassette adapter.
