Why do you have to know how to kiss a boy before college? Are you going to college for your "Mrs." degree?
Never having kissed a boy at age 17 is more normal than you think. Don't be fooled by movies and the bragging of friends. Save your lips and your heart for someone worth kissing. Concentrate on your studies and on the things that help you grow and develop as a person.
When the right guy comes along at the right time, the whole kissing thing will fall into place.
Honest.

There's nothing wrong with you. We all mature at our own pace and the level of sexual experience of those around you shouldn't determine how you act. You have your whole life to kiss and make out and have sex, so I wouldn't worry about it. Besides, college is when you really start to experiment and all that. I didn't kiss anyone until I was 18 and a freshman in college. Since then, I've dated, hooked up, had relationships and don't feel like I missed out on anything because I didn't get started earlier. Just enjoy your teenage years, have fun and be safe.

Of course you're not weird!! I am your age too and have never kissed a guy either. Sometimes I find it embarrassing as well and wonder if I'm just an unwanted girl that will be single for the rest of her life. Just think of it as this.

Many people go out when they're young and just fool around [not everyone, ok!] Just think that you're not wasting your time with easy lay-abouts and are saving your first kiss for someone special. =)

u seem as if ur trying to follow up with the so-called trends of teens....have u got no independence or stance for yourself? u shouldnt feel guilty or try to rush things...if u do, the kiss wont be as great. so u gotta wait for the right one. u know, ive realized something...from many years of experience, the more experience someone has in a relationship, the more likely they are to attract the bad boy type and get divorced often. do u want that to be you? i had my first kiss at 21 years old....it was even better because i was old enough to know how to handle things....hes been my faithful bf ever since.

Some people date at different times. I had my first kiss at 17, and, believe me, it didn't mean I was ugly or that I didn't have other kisses or know how to kiss. Take it as wanting quality in your life versus quantity. It's better to have an amazing first kiss with someone you care about than a so-so first kiss with some random guy. When you meet the right guy, you'll know and you'll be able to kiss him. Don't rush it. You never get your first kiss back.

It's not weird. I didn't kiss a girl until I was in college. The girl I kissed had coincidentally also never kissed before and she was afraid I would think she was weird. Some people do things later in life than other people. It's not necessarily a bad thing.

Don't feel bad. Sometimes you just don't click with guys in high school. There will be plenty of great guys to meet in college and when you're in your 20s, 30s, 40s......

Don't try and push it, when you meet someone and are comfortable with him, you can just let it happen naturally..think of it like a conversation, each conversation with each individual has it's own unique flair, you can't "practice" having a nice conversation, the two people just kind of have to "click"--- each kiss is uniquely different.... it's better to be a late bloomer and have great romantic memories than it is lock lips with any guy around ...

no. I did not kiss a girl til I was 17 also. But now years later I am married (did not get married til late either), 4 wonderful kids, a great wife. A great job (medic, nurse in the army). Life is great.
Oh yeah as my Dad used to say. You don't have to anything. Meaning you do not have to take drugs, drink alcohol, do anything someone says you have to because it will. . . . You get the idea. You do it because it is right.

No. I dated a boy when I got to college (we ended up dating for 2 years) and he was 18 and had never kissed a girl. I was his first kiss and I thought it was so sweet. I loved it. Everything was so inoccent.

that's okay. everyone has their clock and schedule. what's wrong with that? I didn't kiss a guy till i was 21! though i felt the same way as you do know. but i never regret. i was a lot more mature when that happend and was more in control. when u get a bf, you will get lots of practices. don't worry! and if you're not good, just tell him nicely and he actually will think it's cute of you! be yourself and be pround of you staying salibate till your age!
