Yes, it is..Codeine is a mild narcotic..Aleve is considered to be a non steroidal anti-inflamatory- They are often prescribed together depending on the type of pain. Just do not exceed half of the recommended dosage per medication ..remember, half of each to be on the safe side!

yes it is safe because aleve is a different medication than tylenol.

The only thing it might do is upset your tummy, but other than that, you will be ok. What you could do is try the tylenol, if your pain does not respond to that, then take the aleve, and maybe eat something.
