after the holidays im going to try a 30 day juice fast.
but i have some questions.

1) what kind of juice do i drink?
2) how much weight will i loose?

tell me your experiences while juice fasting, if you've ever tried it.

I did a 10 day fast once. I had 5 apples, freshly juiced, 4 or five times each day. I don't know how much weight I lost, it wasn't for weight loss that I did it.

I have never felt so good in my life! I had tremendous energy and felt happy and uplifted the whole time. I also suffered terribly while not eating, emotionally. I was very emotionally attached to food in those days and not eating was really hard. But physically I felt wonderful.

A 30-day juice fast is probably a bit extreme. Try 7 or 10 days first, eat lightly for a few days, and then try again.

As for what kind of juice, do you have a juicer? The more variety you get, the healthier you'll be. You want leafy green vegetables, orange vegetables such as carrots, beets, tomatoes, and every fruit you can name. Don't forget beets, they make GREAT juice when juice with spinach, apples and carrots.

Plenty of apples, oranges, tropical fruits.

I suggest you talk to an herbalist and get herbs to include in your juices to vary the taste, and to keep your vitamin intake balanced.

you wont lose fat that way - all you lose is gona be water weight and muscle, slow down metabolism, make huge contribution to yo-yo cycle and gain back more when start eating normal again.
you can only lose fat when creating just a slight deficit in daily caloric intake.
