Yes, if all other factors cooperate.

I've fitted up to -5.00DC in contact lenses.
And that was many years ago.

What might not be available are monthly planned
replacement lenses, though I know of at least one brand that goes up that high::

Soflens 66 monthly torics go to -2.75 DC
(which might be right, depending on vertex allowance)
Frequency 55 Xcel Toric XR goes to -3.75 DC

Then there's the possibility of gas permeable rigid lenses, or the Synergeyes lens option (rigid lens with a soft skirt)

You ought to be able to; mine says -6.5 I believe.
