Yes, First, you must have a good Virus Software, Free Virus Software there are several I suggest you do a Google search for them as well as the other softwares I consider to be a must.
Spybot's Search and Destroy.
Lavasoft's Adaware-2007.
On the flip side if you are a Mac owner.
Macjanitor.
Cache Out X
Onyx
These softwares will help keep your computers running and trouble free, and a must.
