what are some things i can do for my legs and but and stomach to be like hers? just exercises tht i can do everyday, tht are affective, and fast

For your abs you should just do crunches. For legs and glutes(butt) research plyometrics and try some of those. Also, for your calves try doing some calf raises(stand on the edge of something stable on pretty much the ball of your foot and raise up).

However, if you have access to a gym for legs and glutes try doing some squats and/or leg presses. Also use the hip abduction and aduction machines.

To stay slim and toned her, obviously eat as healthfully as possible. Stay away from the fast food for sure, and also try to eat organic items as much as possible. Limit most of your fluids to water and some juices, and only eat the carbs and calories that you know you will burn. But dont do a low carb diet, they only hurt you in the long run, and when you are working out you need the glucose from the carbs to give you energy anyway.

I looked this up once. She does lunges, taibo, situps and uses an elliptical machine.

To find her exact routine , google 'exersise jessica alba'.
In doing that i read what she did to prepare for her role in 'into the blue'.

Fastest way is super impose your head (picture) onto her body(picture), that how. If you don't like it, then you need to exercise your head to match that body.
