the answer to that depends on the woman..a few will have orgasms right away but most woman will have sex for years before they experience an orgasm and some women will never have one..as for pain that also depends on the woman some will say it hurts like hell and some will say it is only uncomfortable

Unless you are severely unbalanced, orgasms do not hurt. If you are a woman and a virgin, the act of copulation may break your hymen, which can be painful in some young women. The pain is not associated with an orgasm.
Men usually have orgasms the first time they have sex, but on behalf of all men, I am embarassed to say that not all women do. It certainly can happen. I would think a patient and understanding partner would make quite a difference.

Most men, of course, would, since they continue until that happens. Many women don't because they don't know their bodies, the sex is awkward, the boy is clumsy and focussed on himself.
It takes time. I'm a guy so I don't know if an orgasm in a woman hurts but I wouldn't think so.
PLEASE if you are thinking of having sex, use a condom or other protection! And think about waiting, anyway.

I'm going to say that 95% of women do not orgasm the first time they have sex. Or for awhile after their first time. And no, it shouldn't hurt REALLY REALLY bad.
