Drying the area very well before putting on clothes is a big key. Also, you may be one, as many are, that tend to perspire in that area a little more than usual. you may try a body powder in that area; even placed mildly. If you are to the point where it is set in, and you itch frequently, you may need an ointment for a time just to get rid of it, then regular maintenance will keep it away.

Keep the area clean and particularly, dry it well. If the itch drives you mad get some Canesten and hydrocortison cream and apply regularly. It's a fungal infection.

difficult as its a fungal infection. best thing to use is lamisil cream or canestan cream as they are antifungals and wash and dry well.
