How do you know if he likes you?
He bought me roses when he hurt my feelings
He invites me over all the time (but when I asked him if he wanted to come over he said it might be awkward)
He makes eye contact and holds it for a while
He smiles really big around me
He asked to meet my mom
When given a seating chart that made us sit 1 chair in between us he would always sit in that chair instead of his
We are friends and aren't allowed to date til we turn 16...he turns 16 before me...and his friend wants to go on a double date...but he said he didn't really want to go.
His friend asked me if I like him ( I of course denyed it!)
He got me a Christmas present...I think it's a PURPLE (my fav. color) Eeyore shirt...I told him I love eeyore
Does this mean anything...or is it just my wishful thinking?!
Please help!

The roses make it seem a little more than a friendship. And saying it would be awkward at your house give away some things too, because if you guys were just friends, why would it be awkward to hang out together, no matter where it was?
Although I can't be too sure. It could go both ways, because he may just be an overly flirty/touchy feely guy, and it's just his personality. Best bet is to drop some hints and if that doesn't work, I'd talk to him about it and stuff. Although I'd use talking as a last resort because all the guys I know have some intense phobia of meaningful conversations.

At 15, 16, it's pretty much puppy love, no offense. He seems quite attentive and kind though. He wants to meet your mom!
Good!, he wants to know more about you...It's better he don't go to your house, he may feel weak with you then? You should say the truth to his friend, no need to deny, or this is sending mixed signals...
Don't forget: you say you're friends, it's different than girlfriend & boyfriend! He giving you something for Noel, don't go get confused that it's love... you love him obviously, but he may see you as a very good friend. You mom would be a better judge of this.

Trust me he has got it bad for you. What u should do is tell his friend that u do like him and see what his response is. Odds are he is digging u A LOT but guys mature later than girls so even though ur younger, hes probably still too scared to tell u that he likes u first

why in the name of goodness did you deny it? Do you want to be with this guy, or just to play games? Just remember, a lot of people who play games end up losing,.
It sounds like you mean more to him than he means to you.
Tell the truth,, That's a really good basis for a relationship.

well I think he likes you since he's doing all the stuff that you said he was doing but I think he wants to ask you out but he's waiting until you turned 16 b.c that when ur aloud to date so I would at least think that

Well duh, yes, of course he likes you -- but being almost 16, he's probably even more confused about his feelings than you are.
