Mind is nothing but a bundle of thoughts. We all identify ourselves with the mind but the truth is we are the ."SELF"which is beyond the mind.
For eg,the moon has no real luminosity though it appears to be so.Infact the moon gets its luminousity from sun.Similarly the mind is a non-entity but gets its existence because of its association with the real."SELF'.Tp realise this truth, remove all thoughts and meditate on the "thought less state"daily for half-an-hour.As time passes, your attitude towards people will change and slowly the Truth can be realised. That Realised state cannot be described by unrealised souls like me but it is a reality which can be realised.By doing this sort of meditation, your voice will become attractive, your face will become more beautiful, your power of intuition will increase, etc.

Athiests also can practise this because every one likes himself very much.
We all like ourselves very much but to be happy always we have to be what we really are.Thought is the source of all problems and even very rich people
dont have peace of mind because of some thoughts, problems, etc. whereas a very poor man will be supremely happy because he may not think about any problems. So if you stop thinking you will get a peace. That thoughtless state if concentrated upon slowly becomes our nature. If the room is having lot of dusts and garbage what will you do?You will remove evrything .Similarly our real Self has been affected by all these thoughts and once you remove all these, our nature shines.Just find out from where in your body, the thoughts springs. Not difficult. If you do that you dont have to do breathing exercise. You will get deep breathing easily .There are no side-effects.It will be very interesting. You have to persevere.

Our real nature can be compared to one of our daily experiences. We all would have had deep sleep experiences where we would not have had any dreams and after waking up fromwhich our body will be full of enerygy and we will be supremely happy. That state where we have deep sleep can be equated to our real nature. We have to achieve that deep sleep stste in our wakeful period.Note:Dont sleep deeply in your office and lose yoiur job and blame me.

Joker, you amaze me. I thought of you as a mere joker, but now it seems you are a traveller on the right-hand path. No, you do not have to trace the source of your thoughts, to realize your potential. The more you follow thought the more you will confuse yourself- because of the flowing, meandering nature of the mind of duality. It is better to start negating thoughts in their entirety and not become affected by them.(u r right there) Once thoughts are controlled thus, Divinity enters the consciousness. The journey is distressing and hazardous, but, once begun, your life will subtly change. God bless u.

If you do that, you will realize the common thread we all share, every living thing. And if you are not changed by that realization, you are not human.
