i am trying to determine whether or not the sand bar in Kaneohe Bay will be exposed during the couple of days we are there. I have looked up tidal information at the NOAA web site and it looks like the tide will be neither high nor low during day time hours the couple of days we are there. does anyone know precisely how far above or below the mean lower-low water mark the tide needs to be at for the sand bar to be exposed? i'll be impressed and grateful if somone can answer this one!

The Sand Bar will definitely be exposed during the 2 days you'll be here. Happens daily at low tide.
It sounds like you actually know the answer to your second question?? :))
We've been there when the tide came in and had great times still. Volleyball, sitting on our beach chairs enjoying the view of the Ko'olaus and the company.
Have a good time!!

i love to construct them with the youngsters. I hate to computer screen people destroying sand castles on the coastline: somebody else's inventive efforts. it truly is for the sea to come back in and knock them down. the picture of in existence, no longer some thing remains an similar always and each little thing has a organic cycle only from time to time people intervene and knock each little thing out of kilter!
