You have to treat everyone uniquely. A 27 year old man may be very mature or immature. The decision is up to you. How much can you handle the difference. It is a huge gap, however, if you feel that there is a connection between both of you, and that you were made for each other, by all mean, follow your instinct and be happy. This world only ask of your and does not gives you anything. Always look for love in a relationship, because you only have one life to live.

for awhile it's probably fine. however things will happen. does the man have children? does he want children? the woman probably cannot have children. if she has adult children do they get along ok with the guy? do their families accept this? what about work. will she retire? will he keep working? is he willing to take care of her when she is 85 and he is 57? how much will he change? how much will she change? yes it can work, but being at such different places in the life pattern can be a challenge.

Woh...thats a big gap.I've dated a chick that was 11 years older than me. None of my relationships where she was older haven't worked out. It's the mentality they had. Oh...he's too young for me. What do you know? That kinda mentality.
Who knows...in this situation might be different. I say as long there is love..Go for it!
