the only way to get rid of lice 100% is by picking them out one by one. and then washing your hair multiple times. there's really no quick treatment. you'll probably have to wait until sunday- unless you mean you're having a different treatment. because if you are- have your mom/ sister/ or someone willing, pick them out for you :/

Besides the obvious lice shampoo treatments, thoroughly washing bedding, boiling hair supplies, sealing stuff airtight... I am not going to go over the obvious because I know you aren't an idiot and can read directions on the lice shampoo treatment bottles.
You asked what you can do until you do these things in two days ... I would do all of these ...
Dampen your hair in rubbing alcohol (that makes the lice sick and kind of immobilizes them for a bit, making it easier to catch them in the comb), then wash your hair, then use a fine toothed comb and go thru your hair in the most common infested spots (behind the ears, along the nape of the neck and in the middle of the crown, or where you have the most itching). Make sure you have a WHITE TOWEL draped around your shoulders so you can see the lice/nits and go through the comb for any lice/nits and wipe the comb on the towel each time. You can do this once a day.
You should go get some Teatree shampoo and conditioner (I don't know if they make conditioner) use only that to wash your hair for the next 2 weeks. The lice/nits HATE the Teatree, it repells them. After the lice is gone why not use Teatree like once a week to prevent it...
I know this sounds grose but I would also keep a nit comb in your bathroom so if you feel an itch you can go in there, close the door and quickly try to comb it out. You gotta catch that Queen nit, she's that huge sucker that lays massive eggs.
My little bros and sis had head lice twice last year from their babysitter and my mom and I got rid of the lice FAST and learned to finally keep it away. We couldn't afford lice shampoo's. Be diligent about combing your hair with the nit comb daily. The small plastic ones suck, I would invest in a one-time purchase of the combs called the DUAL COMBING SYSTEM see them here in the middle of the webpage:

These should help... good luck and be diligent!

Buy the kits that are sold at the store. Make sure you get at least a nit comb, shampoo and some sort of spray for furniture. Depending on how bad the infestation is and how many people have it, you might need to get quite a bit. When my daughter got it we shampooed everyone, put shower caps on our heads and cleaned the house like mad. We changed all the sheets, sprayed all the mattresses, vacuumed all the floors and washed all the worn clothes. You can't leave any stone unturned or it'll just come back right away. After you have everything washed and lice free, then rinse your hair. I sincerely didn't even time it, I just waited until everything else was clean and had no ill effects. Above and beyond everything else, USE THE NIT COMB like you love it. Make sure you get ALL the nits out, or your hair will just become re-infested immediately. Lice sucks, but you can kick it's tiny little butt. Good luck!

Sit with a fan blowing in your face, pour rubbing alcohol on your head, and comb through with the nit comb.Repeat a couple of times.
A HINT: Although the directions say to re-treat with the lice shampoo in ten days, treat every seven days for three weeks. That way,you kill any nits you may have missed as soon as they hatch, before they can mature and reproduce.
Also, wash your covers and shampoo your carpet with Ortho Garden solution for removing Aphids on roses. It is the same pyrethrins as the lice solution.Wal Mart carries it in the Garden Dept.,and so does Home Depot,Ace Hardware, etc.
WASH YOUR WiNTER COAT !!!
Put your bed pillow in a garbage bag, twist tie it shut, and put that bag in another bag.
Unzip couch cushion covers and do the same, and leave them wrapped for at least two weeks.

Head lice reflect lack of hygiene and sanitation but many a times that is not the case. Children are most common hosts for these parasites due to the daily interaction with number of children.
A simple head-to-head contact with the infested person can open the Pandora’s Box.
Other ways and means to transfer this condition is by used combs, sharing towels, hats similar products related to your hair. Lice could not survive for more than 24-hours without feeding. Their main source of energy is by sucking blood from the host’s body.
You can use louse or nit combs which are of great helps in minimizing their population.
Always keep your hair well-groomed and clean by using the proper shampoo.
Washing your hair everyday and keeping it clean may just be one of the deterrents of warding off this problem.
Keep your surroundings clean
If you start the treatment keep in mind to clean everything around simultaneously to prevent re-infestation.
In your regular shampoo mix 3 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon tea tree oil and 1 teaspoon eucalyptus oil. Apply this solution and cover your head tightly with a plastic bag for half an hour and then rinse it off. This can be used as a remedy to fight off these invaders.
After washing your hair apply mayonnaise all over your scalp to put a bit of protein and body back into your hair.
Keep it on overnight by covering it. Rinse it the next morning and remove the lice with the help of a lice comb. The lice would slide through your hair with ease.
You can rub Listerine Antiseptic Mouthwash on your scalp.
It may happen to kill the lice due to the presence of essential oils like eucalyptol, thymol, menthol and methyl salicylate and alcohol.
Whichever method you choose as always, i wish you the best of health and happiness.

I had lice a few years ago and my hairdresser said to wash my hair in vodka. I went to Rite-Aid and bought two bottles of cheap vodka and mixed it with my shampoo and washed my hair with it several times. It killed the lice. After that take a fine tooth comb and comb your hair to get them out. Goodluck!
