Your self esteem is poor for one. You are not ugly and I do not need to see a pic to say it. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. If you do not like your look then change it. You need to work on yourself then think about a boyfriend. Everyone has someone out there and that does not mean settle for the first dork that comes your way. You need to learn to love and accept yourself before being with another. Learn to smile and be out going and be true to yourself and it will all fall into place.

Think about it....do you want to go out with a guy who thinks he's ugly and puts himself down? No...so why would a man want to do the same thing.

If you think you are ugly - make changes - join Weight Watchers if you need to lose weight- get a new hair cut - change your hair color etc. Get a hobby. I'm fuller figured (size 14) but recently took up belly dancing. (Hey-- got a lot of belly - might as well make it do something!) By focusing on what is real, Sarah. Love is real. Relationships are real. Appearance matters not.

Appearance is not what it appears to be. I have known some physically attractive people that had no heart... completely into themselves... no concept of what it means to give. I will always choose a woman who knows how to love over a woman who knows nothing but self.

Note that I said nothing about appearance in that last sentence. I described a real woman verses a shallow woman. This is how to find someone for you... be a real person... a person that knows love and how to give and receive. A person who knows how to share is more precious than diamonds.

The first step is to realize that you are NOT ugly. We all are attractive in our own way. Even plain girls have their own beauty.

Once you realize you are not ugly, you will exude more self-confidence and come to beleive that a boy will WANT to be with you.
