It only looks rude when you have a rude message with it.

You could print it in small caps. All of the letters are capital letters, but the letters that would normally be lower case are smaller than the others. I use small caps in my handwritten notes all the time. The printing would look nice but wouldn't be considered shouting.

No, you aren't "shouting" at them like when you are typing. Block letters should be fine. As others have noted, you can always make some of the capitals bigger than others, where you would really want a capital letter.
Another option, though less personal, is just using labels for the addresses, and signing the inside by hand. This option is more likely to be used by someone sending cards for their business, and not to friends.

Handwritten in all caps is okay if you make the letters that are supposed to be caps a little bigger than the letters that are supposed to be lowercase, in my opinion it's not the same as typing in all caps.

If that's how you normally write, then it's fine. One thing you can do is make the letters that should be capitalized (like first letters of names and the M and C in Merry Christmas) a bit larger than he rest of the letters. This gives the effect of Capital versus lower-case while still being all capitals. (There are several computer fonts that do this and it looks nice..no reason one can't do it in hand writing.)

I'm not really sure if that would be rude, but maybe you could type your message on a seperate sheet of paper than stick it on the card, like kind of a scrapbook page. And maybe make it look kind of shabby chic. But also make it christmas-ie Do you get what I mean? Hope I helped. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!

No, i don't think it is at all. Some people naturally write in all caps. I've received plenty of cards in all caps. Looks quite neat.

Some people just write in all caps. You'll be fine. It's only considered shouting when it's on the Internet.

I do not think that matters at all. It has to do with your words, not your writing. If you are writing nice things, i do not think they will pay attention to your writing style. If it bothers you too much, just maybe try typing on the computer, or something else, but I am telling you that it wont matter at all. It all depends on what you are writing. Dont worry I can totally relate.
best of luck to you and your card :D
good bye.

I would find that odd. You could try writing in all caps, but write the letters that aren't supposed to be capitalized smaller.

All caps means you are shouting. At least since email came into being. It would be taken as rude by many people.
Printing isn't bad, just print small letters with proper capitalization.
