Don't wash too often. In between washings use an old salt shaker with some cornstarch in it and sprinkle in your hair at the roots. Massage in a bit, then put a newspaper on the floor, hang over it and brush hair from roots to ends to clear out the cornstarch ( which has absorbed the oil ) and your hair should look and feel good without stripping all the natural oil with shampoo.

When the hair gets more oily that is a good thing and the hormones are changing within the body producing more oils with change and age. Just purchase a Hair Clarifying shampoo to absorb thr extra oils to deep clean the hair. Natural occurance

im not sure what the problem is.. but its probably natural oils that ur hair needs to grow. if its really bothering u, wash it every-other day and the days u dont wash it, give it one rinse with pure cool water and massage ur scalp. this wont strip the natural oils because ur not using shampoo or conditioner, but it will get rid of icky oils that u dont want nor need.

Hormones. If you're a preteen or a teen, your hormones may be at work.

One thing that may help is, if you have blonde hair, to very conservatively place a little bit of cornstarch on the roots to absorb the oil.

Wash, but don't wash too often as it may cause overdrying.
