Sounds like that maybe some long layers would look very cute on you. Sideswept bangs, very much in style. Also, maybe since it is naturally blonde, add some streaks, such as copper, chocolate brown, or a dark color at all would be nice. Hope it helps.. here is a photo for backup..:)

have ur hair cut till the middle of ur neck ,, i think u will be cute in this style

you should get bangs and layers. then crimp/curl it. or straughten it.. even a half pony tail would look cute. you can also google it :] good luck!
