is not that i am stalking but my baby daddy has my son and i want to see my son so bad... and i went by my baby daddy house and i didn't get a chance to see my son.. am i doing wrong for tring to go see my son..

You sound a bit crazy. You need to abide by any custody arrangement you have. Also, it's smart to call and arrange times to see your son, not just randomly show up unannounced.

No, definitely you still have the right to see your son. Better to call and make arrangement to see him. Believe since it's christmas time, he'll allow you to see him.

Depends on your custody order. Talk to your lawyer or to the court that set up the custody order.
