tonight i weighed in at 104.3lbs. but tommorow i must weigh at 103lbs...

well, if you have to weigh 103 for only the next day, don'tdrink toomany fluids (if its for more than a day...don't). you lose a pound or two overnight due to dehydration in your sleep but you gain it back when you drink something. so pee a lot, and dont drink as much.
but again, only if its for a weigh in or something, and not permanent.
