if it did, what happened?

Was it a message, a revelation, or just hope.

Were they different in manner, and deportment?

Yes many times in many forms. It happens more often when I am with certain people. When it happens they are as stunned as I am. Once we went deep into the mountains in an old pick up. The road was only wide enough for one vehicle. It was about a 2,000 foot drop to the bottom of the canyon and we had to stop because an avalanche of huge stones covered the road. Guess what we had a flat tire, no spare, no cell phone and its getting dark and we are 40 miles from the nearest house. What are we going to do? I didn't have a clue. I all of a sudden felt totally at peace and started walking back down the road. I looked to my right and on top of a rock was a spare tire just laying there. I turned to my friend and said there is no way on this earth that wheel is going to fit on this old truck but guess what. It was a perfect match. It took us a while to change the tire because we were laughing so hard and then we would stop and look at each other and say "no way" at the same time and then start laughing again. The whole way home we just kept saying "I can't believe it." We decided unknown to us for whatever reason we were not meant to be there at that time so a way was provided for us to move on. This is only one example.

I have never seen an angel, but I know that they are there, with me all the time, protecting me and teaching me through inspiration.

Joseph Smith had visitations from angels. The angel Moroni brought him a message and revelation. Yes, Moroni looked different in that he was very bright with light, and he wore a white robe, open at the chest. However, he did not have wings or anything like that.

EDIT: I also have an agnostic friend who was raised by atheists, but when she was very little she had an experience when she felt the arms of an angel around her, comforting her.

I'm not sure, but my mom seems to think so.

Because at the age of 7, I used to share a room with my sister, and my sister had a small glass statue of an angel that would slowly spin and play a soft tune if you spun the wheel under the angel. Well one quiet night, at 3am, the angel started to spin and play it's music, without anyone spinning the wheel at the bottom. very strange if you ask me.

One time I was visiting a friend in California. We were going to pray, but she went into the bathroom first. While she was in the bathroom, she was praying for angles to protect us. I was sitting in the living room and all of the sudden I saw angels coming down from heaven, they were shoulder to shoulder in armour, positioning themselves around the room. I also saw demons on her patio looking through the doors wondering what was taking place. As I was watching them, their arms went straight up in the air in praise because God was coming down to be with us. I also saw the Holy Spirit, like a bright white sparkler, zipping around the room. We had a great prayer time that day!

I wouldn't call it an angel but I had a VERY vivid dream about 3 weeks after my stepdad passed away. Too personal/special to go into details here, but when I awoke, I KNEW that he had visited me. He gave me a few messages. One was, "The love in your heart has been there for hundreds of years"...didn't quite make sense to me then or now but I know it meant something special.

Angel to me is my grandfather. I was extremely close to him. And since after his death in 2001, he has visited me many times in dreams. Most times just reassuring me of his presence. But one day, my mom n dad had left for a holiday that very day and my younger brother n i were in the house with an aunt. She was in another room. And we were talking about my grandfather, and suddenly the room was full of a very sweet fragrance. My brother got scared but i was very certain that its him. And that he has come to say that dont worry if mom dad aren't there.. i'm here. And then we went downstairs and the fragrance came with us. Then as soon as we entered my aunt's room, it was gone.

An angle used to regularly visit me when I was kid. He'd come to me in my bad late at night and fill me with The Spirit. He had the most beautiful aroma -- Old Spice, I think it's called.

Angels are horrible creatures. They either throw you out of paradise, destroy your city, tell you to sacrifice your son, kill the oldest child of every family in the city or tell you that you are pregnant.

I don't EVER want to see an angel.
