there is this girl i really like and i told her that i like her by buying her a gift and telling her that i liked her but she didn't answer back when i told her that i liked her.(the gift giving and the telling her that i like her were at different times) how can i win her heart.
PS. she's rich and has everything she wants and i'm not a bank here if you know what i mean.

Buying her things isn't the way. Especially if she comes from wealth... money isn't going to impress her. I think your goal was to show her you had "something" to offer?
Not necessary, at least not in a financial aspect. Come at her from a simpler angle. If she barely knows you, a gift can be uncomfortable, it's sweet, but sort of... odd.... and hard to respond to. I really think just approaching her with a smile and a humble, yet confident "Hello", would prove more beneficial for you :0)
(Don't ask for the gift back, as suggested by another person above, thats very tacky)

The gift was premature and possibly insulting. Concentrate on selling you. Big smile. Learn to talk, ask questions the girl can answer about herself, listen to her, be empathetic. If it works out then tell her you like her.

Love isnt about gifts. She may think you are trying to buy her heart. Tell her, in person how you feel. Go for it , you cant regret it..the biggest regret will be not doin nothing

well, she's probably thinking about it. But if i were her, i'd be kinda weired out if someone out of nowhere comes up to me and says "i like you" and gives me something. Unless you both known each other for sometime now, then yeah, she's probably thinking about it. She might start flirting with you and kind of "ignoring" you. Trust me, certain girls are like that when they find out someone likes them, they want more attention.

No good girl likes to be bought. You need to wow her with yourself. I tell everyone this but if you can make her laugh, you have half the battle done.

ok, if she's a good girl, it shouldn't matter to her if you're a bank. there's many reasons as to why she didn't respond...maybe she doesn't like you, maybe she does like you but does not want to tell you yet, maybe she's not one to open express her feelings to people so soon, or maybe she doesn't know how she feels.
