hmmm... I don't know why a simple question like this lead people to make nasty remarks. it's very unnecessary.

Roman Catholics, Anglicans, all of the Orthodox East and many High-Church Lutherans do as well.

Orthodox Christians do it too, actually more frequently than Roman Catholics, though in the other direction I think (right side first, then left). Also Lutherans and I think some Methodists do it sometimes. Its only Christians that make the sign of the cross though, not Muslims or any other religion.

The Orthodox do too.

Edit: I'm curious as to who gave me a thumbs down for giving a factually correct answer. Eastern Orthodox Christians do make the sign of the cross, as Catholics do. Are the people on here that stupid?

No. Lutherans make the sign of the cross as a remembrance of their baptism. Episcopals and Orthodox do it too.

Yes...Catholics and Pagans do too. (The Zodiac Cross - one horizontal line, one vertical line, and a circle in the middle to represent the Sun)

I think so. I'm baptist and no one around me has ever done it.

I'm not sure, do you mean that thing they do with their hands? Don't Islamic people do that? Well, I'm Southern Baptist and we don't do it.
