In the past i have had roomies and i have lived with friends and i have went thru alot of bs...Im 23 now and i was kind of living on my own but my Dad's wife passed away in Nov-07 and since im really close to my Dad i thought i would leave Texas and go to florida and stay with him so he wont have to be alone ... My Dad is in his 60's and i worry about him ... RIght now i am soooo broke its not even funny ...I plan on getting a job here in florida and stay with my Dad for awhile ... Sometimes i feel worthless because im 23 and im staying with my Dad ....Do you think thats bad ????

Not at all, your there for him when he needs you the most & plus if you werent it will be the biggest regret if anything was to happen. Dont listen to what anyone says. Your there for someone you love and if they have a problem they dont have a heart.

It sounds like right now U both need each other. Ur dad will probably love the company and U need a place 2 stay rent free till Ur on Ur feet again. Why feel worthless, U R in a win/win situation. Now U don't have 2 worry about Ur dad cuz U will B there 4 him. That alone makes it all worthwhile doesn't it. Don't B so hard on Ur self. Best of luck 2 U.

Not at all... The new "age" to moove out is upper 30's. think about it all these people are graduating college and have all this money to pay back so they moove with there parents. You are totally helping pops out by giving hime the emotional support with greiving his wife. relax, and get your stuff together, take your time and it will all work out. NEVER feal worthless, because you are helping some one so close to you out and not even realizing it.
