Oh hail the noble Pelican,
Tho' I don't know how the hell-he-can
His mouth holds more than his belly can!
Turn him inside out and boil him in his beak pouch.

I thought pelicans were on the endangered list. but if they're not I don't think they would be very tasty any way you cooked them.

You can't be serious.
If you were, I'd say grill it, but frankly it''s not my first choice of meat, and how did you come across it? If it was dead on your driveway or roadkill, I'll not eat it. We do have stores that sell "exotic" meat, but last I looked it just consisted of Buffalo and Ostrich, not Pelican.
Are Penguins next?

(I know that it's C++, but it should have similarities) a switch statement allows you to set multiple conditional statements without creating the hassle of nesting a bunch of if statements. e.g. switch(variable){ case 0: // actions if the the variable has a value of 0 //actions here break; case 1: // value of 1 //actions here break; default: //an ultimate else statement, if none of the //conditions are met //actions here break; }

You roast it on a grill and you use a drip pan to catch the fat. The fat is good to cure arthritis.
