Is there a bluetooth receiver that will receive audio from a device that already has bluetooth?

RCA or 3.5mm jack are my preferred outputs.

Blue tooth is just a wirelss communication protocol.
You still need an application on the "transmitter" to send audio and an app on the receiver to send the received audio to your audio output.
