no because without a brain u cant do bodily functions such as breathing. Theres been a headless chicken tho. Google mike the headless chicken. It lived for like more than a week

it's not possible to live with out the brain since the brain sends the signals to the heart and lungs to function. It is possible, however, to live with only part of the brain. There have even been records of babies born with a partial brain or children that have part of the brain removed that live normal lives because the cells can learn to function differently to adapt to the deficiencies.

Since your brain controls your heartbeat and breathing, I'm almost positive that it's impossible to "live" without it. ;)

There are some people who have had interesting brain injuries and lived, though. Try looking up "Phineas Gage" !
