Click on Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Make sure that "Show Updates" check box is checked) then click on "Internet Explorer 7" and click the "Remove" button.

Just uninstall it from Add or Remove Programs in the Control Panel. It will go automatically back to Internet Explore 6 after you reboot your computer. You don't have to do anything else.

delete it out of your programs and then go to your browser and type in internet explorer 6 and find it and download it.

There's a program called Multiple-IE installer, which will put 6.0 back on your computer, while keeping 7.0 there too.
You might not want to give up on 7.0 It has tons of security upgrades. 6.0 is very susceptible hacks.
