All extracts, whether pure or imitation, that I've encountered ranged from 30 to 35% alcohol content.
Lots of alkies use vanilla extract if they can't get regular booze.

if the ingredients don't say alcohol then there isn't any in it.. t has to be listed as an ingredient if its in there
