Anything on your left side like numbness isn't a good sigh. Go see a doctor as soon as possible and get your blood pressure checked. Allot of the time, people who have heart trouble or heart fail from high blood pressure has heart attracts or strokes in the middle of the night between 4 to 6am.

Any sudden speech impediments, like slurring of your speech?

Any visual changes on one side?

Things that affect just one side are sometimes signs of stroke. Call your doctor NOW, or at least an ER, and get evaluated.

MOVE IT!!! NOW!!!
