Get a squirtgun/bottle & squirt the dog every time it does that. Or raise the dog up with your leg. Most dogs don't like either of those actions.

No need for kicking, hitting, squirting the dog. You have two issues here you need to solve:
1) The dog shouldn't be sleeping in the bedroom with you; as "pack leader", i.e. the boss, the dogs owner has the right to its own sleeping area. Dogs that are allowed to sleep on beds and in your bedroom are asserting dominance, so your girlfriend is spoiling her dog by allowing it to sleep in the bedroom. If she can't bear the dog to be downstairs, then the dog should have it's own bed outside on the landing at the very least.
2) The first step I'd recommend for a humping dog is castration, i.e. neutering. That will stop the problem. However, if your girlfriend is against neutering or wants to breed from the dog, you need to assert your dominance over the dog and he will then not try to hump you. Each time he mounts your leg, turn away sharply and *instantly* so he can't get a good hold on you, and at the same time, say "Ah ah!", very sharply.
If you do this consistently, it will work. The problem at the moment is that the dog thinks it is above you in the pack, so you need to let it know that all humans are above dogs in the pack - i.e. bed outside on the landing, and turning sharply away with the sound deterrent - you have to be consistent but it will work, without any need for hitting, kicking, or squirting the dog. And you need to talk to your girlfriend too about proper training and neutering (the dog, I mean!).

Try a firm no, then totally ignore him. If he does as he is told, then give him a treat as a reward.
Your dog is showing it's dominance over you. The dog may feel jealous, if he is your girlfriend's dog. If you can spend quality time with just you and the dog and form a bond. Playing and grooming his coat is a good start to good bonding.
By letting the dog sleep in the bedroom, especially on the bed, the dog will think it's the same level in the pack.

Has the dog been neutered? This helps if the dog was neutered as you would not have this problem however if the dog is not neutered and he starts mounting your leg you need to claps your hands and say no in firm strong voice and stand up and ignore him this should work as I got the advice from our dog trainer. Good luck.

Kick him in the balls, lol. Seriously though, you have to make him associate humping your leg with something negative so he learns that if he humps your leg, something he doesn't like will happen. What the person before me stated seems like a good one. Get a spray bottle and spray him. Two other tricks you can try are a dog whistle and lysol. Dogs have better ofactories than us so if you spray lysol in the air when he humps you, he won't like it and run away sneezing. At least that what my dog and cat used to do when it was sprayed in the house.

You can also use a sonic repellent such as a dog whistle to get the dog to stop. I know how you feel. I hate it when dogs do that to me.

if he isn't already, if it is something that she is willing to have done, it should be neutered, after that is done, it should stop his "urge".
