Do you think it's ok to get married, when you are pregnant and showing? Or would getting married before you start showing be your preference?
Alot of stars are doing it now... what do you think about that?

Not doing it just because of the stars... but just thinking of time... I'm two months now, so I was just wondering, because we've planned on getting married, but we're not sure whether to do it in the next couple of months or if it would be wrong to wait until later to make plans, even though I'll be showing.

I wouldn't do anything because stars are doing it.
It's ok to get married whenever you think you're ready for it.

Hi. Like everyone else said...it's up to you.
Do you already have deposits down on venues that you cannot get back if you change your date?
If not...my personal preference would be to get married before I was showing. I am one that certainly does not mind a pregnant belly....it's beautiful...but is that how you want your wedding pictures to look? If you are feeling OK, I would definitely want to move the date up so that I could have a beautiful dress. There are not THAT many maternity bridal gowns to pick from I don't think! Or....wait until after the baby is born.

I am 6 months pregnant right now. I would hate to try to find a wedding gown that looks nice on me ... it's already difficult finding a nice sweater!
If you'd like to get married before baby is here, I think you should try to plan it before you get too big (no later than 4 or 5 months).

If you plan on getting married in a church, I personally think you should do so before you show very much.
Just because stars in Hollywood do so does not make it right.

I see nothing wrong with it , if you are ready to marry and you're about to pop then why not do it . Pregnant brides are beautiful just like us brides who are not prego. But like someone stated before , make sure you buy the dress maybe a few weeks before the wedding , you do not want to buy now and then the dress doesn't fit . Congrats to you on the wedding and the baby.

I think if you want to get married, it doesn't matter when you decide to do it, as long as you're doing it for the right reasons. Not because you're pregnant, not because you want your baby to have a father (he/she already does), not because it's a trendy thing to do, but because you want to spend the rest of your lives together, regardless of outside circumstances.
And there's nothing wrong with getting married while pregnant. That's why they make maternity wedding dresses. Personally, I think it would be fantastic, but then I think weddings are great period. I think if YOU want to get married while pregnant, then do so. Good luck with your decision, and your pregnancy!!

Sounds like you had marriage plans in the works. So, you are thinking of moving the date up? Friends and family already aware of the marriage plans? Many unanswered questions.
In general, I'd say get married first and even before you get pregnant but, now that you are pregnant, I think it is up to you and your spouse. If you wait, who knows: you might deliver on your wedding day! Explain that one to the child :-)
I think you can marry whenever, at this point. I'd marry when you were at your thinnest or at your, can I say largest?

I know it's personal preference, but if I were a pregnant woman wanting to get married, I'd do it when I didn't look like a ship in full sail! I mean, how many times do you get to dress up like that, get your guy in a tux and have a huge party? Why show up with a huge belly?
As for the stars, it's a stupid fad. I think they look ridiculous. I'm not saying pregnant women need to wear burlap bags, but PLEASE...ditch the spandex already!

anytime you want is fine.if you want to wait till your 9 months along then wait,anyone who puts you down or calls you names or gets mad is either shallow minded or just jealous.to the ones who answered saying you would look like wild person and free with your body,wonder if they were still a virgin night they said there i do?or if not married do they still say no.sorry some ppl opinion makes me so mad and just cause your not married is no reason to give your baby away.day i got married for the first time my daighter was barely 2 yrs old.do what you and your intended want to do and congratulations on both accounts.

Get married before you start showing.
If you are sick a lot, wait to wed until your fourth month. Morning sickness usually starts to ease after the first trimester.
I would give no consideration at all to what the stars or celebrities are doing.
