i used to be really ugly when i was younger and guys would be mean to me and ignore me because of it. now my looks have improved a LOT and guys are always asking me out. some of the guys who are trying to get my attention are the same jerks who made fun of me back in the day. it's ironic b/c i'm the same person inside, except i'm a lot more attractive on the outside. if they took the chance to get to know me they would have seen that.
how should i react to them? i'm still hurt from how they treated me. should i ignore them or give them a chance?

i wouldn't date someone i wasn't attracted to. i don't have an issue with them not dating me because they didn't like how i looked, i can understand that. but i also wouldn't go out of my way to hurt someone because i didnt like their looks either.

When I was in elementary school, I had guys throw apples and chairs at me and call me balsa wood browner because I was really skinny. Then when I was 18 at a party one of them tried to stick his hands down my pants. I got my friend to beat him up. Do not get your friend to beat these guys up haha, just tell them they aren't your type. If you got to know them i'm sure you would find they are just as shallow as they ever were, and there are plenty of fish in the sea.

Haha! We have the same case. I was your regular messy kid back in the day. But 10 years later and here I am: physically fit, clean face and on my way to Law School.
You know what I did to all the girls who rejected or expressed their disgust on me back then? I ignored them.
Here's a trick: pass by "them", flash a smile then continue walking; completely ignoring them. Trust me, that would stay in their minds for a long time.
Here's another: try wearing something sexy (as for me I wear a muscle shirt or anything that can slightly reveal my muscles) and then I pass by those snobbish girls. The drooling look on their faces are just priceless.

Well, my Buddhist nature says "don't hold a grudge" but my honor and loyalty suggests that one should be with you through thick and thin.
They didn't give you the time of day so don't bother giving them any chances. Smile, then go about your business.
Look at the guys who would have given you the chance. Or, maybe give a guy a chance.

Watch and see how they treat girls they think are ugly and if they treat them the same way they used to treat you, they havent changed.
Also, would YOU date a guy you thought was ugly?Of course not!
Yet if your nice enough not to mistreat someone because you think theyre ugly then you are kind hearted and thats good.People who mistreat others because of their looks are cruel and you dont ever want to date much less marry a loser like that hon.

Tell them how you feel girl when they say will you go out with me. Ask them why they did that stuff and then tell them wut *** holes they were and tell them no chance in hell. You lost your chance you should have thought about my feelings before and what makes you think you have a chance. Smash them they hurt you hurt them back. ANd if you dont want to do that just say no...they are not br's you want. DONT give them a chance i say once a asshole always an asshole.

i agree with the person before me.
they sound very fake and only into looks.
although it is possible they have changed,
you might want to just be friends and nothing more for a while..
