I don't obey the Sabbath law which was a ceremonial law pointing to the rest that believers could find in Christ from trying to be justified before God by keeping the law.
As to the other laws, I hope that I'm not secretly coveting anything of my neighbors and I'm sure not going to steal, or murder, or commit adultery, of worship another "god" or make an idol or bear false witness, and I do my best to honor my mother and father.
Grace comes in where if you slip up, God doesn't condemn you for it. But He doesn't cover you if you purposely keep on sinning.
Hebrews 10:26 If we deliberately keep on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the truth, no sacrifice for sins is left, 27 but only a fearful expectation of judgment and of raging fire that will consume the enemies of God. 28 Anyone who rejected the law of Moses died without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses. 29 How much more severely do you think a man deserves to be punished who has trampled the Son of God under foot, who has treated as an unholy thing the blood of the covenant that sanctified him, and who has insulted the Spirit of grace? 30 For we know him who said, "It is mine to avenge; I will repay," and again, "The Lord will judge his people." 31 It is a dreadful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

We do not live under the "law", the Mosaic law. We live under grace in that, keeping the law will not bring eternal life nor bring us closer to God. That being said, any of the commandments that are repeated in the New Testament are rules for us to follow. The law was there not to save, but to point out what is sin. All it can do is say, guilty, guilty, guilty. Christians are to follow the commandments repeated in the New Testament, but we are not condemned if we sin. The only one not repeated in the New Testament is keeping the Sabbath. That was for the Israelites only.

Yes, we are still under the 10 commandents. Grace is what God gives us, because He loves us so much. There's no way we can follow the 10 commandments perfectly. We are still in the flesh and let's face it, we all sin daily. Here it comes, BUT, by the grace of God we are forgiven ( if we ask for it when we sin )Does this help you to understand.? I pray so.

No one lives by the ten commandments and if they say they do, they are breaking one, because they are lying. Everyone has lied before, a lie to make someone feel good or a lie that you had to make up to save yourself is still a lie. God's grace comes in because He is loving enough to allow us forgiveness if we confess that we have not done his will and broken his law.

The Ten Commandments are (Hebrew) instructions for living your life, they are not the path to salvation (Christian). Breaking the Ten Commandments can not cause you to be damned if you believe the Christian idea of Salvation by Grace and have "accepted Jesus into your heart" and asked God to forgive your sins.

In a sense we do, because Christ is the fulfilling of the ten commandments. When we put on Christ we automatically fulfill the ten commandments, but on our own we never can, and that's the whole point. No one can fulfill the ten commandments without the grace of God.

Yes:
Matthew Chapter 5:17-18
17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
Luke Chapter 16:17 And it is easier for heaven and earth to pass, than one tittle of the law to fail.
Where does grace come in? The beauty of Christianity is forgiveness on repentance.
As Christians, we need to learn the difference between laws, ordinances, and statues. For example, The Ten Commandment (laws) are still valid, but the ordinances and statues are no longer valid for Christians because of Christ. Now God would find blood sacrifices an abomination.

Jesus answered your question in Matthew 5:17&18. We are always to try to obey the perfect laws of Heavenly Father. We will always fail therefore the mercy of Father God gave us Jesus Christ. He was able to obey all the commandments perfectly and Jesus willingly gave His life for our failure. Thus the grace which takes away our sins.

by Christ's passion, death, and resurrection, he gave us his Holy Spirit in order to empower us to live by the 10 commandments. Grace from Christ and the Holy Spirit allows us to obey the law.
In the Old Testament, people were supposed to obey the law in order to recieve God's grace.

God is Spirit and He must be worshipped in spirit. I dont keep any photos or statues of Jesus. We on no account understand how precisely He appeared as a human. maximum photos of Jesus are consistent with ecu artwork, the place they made Jesus look extra "ecu" for the pagans to truly settle for Him. for this reason we've blue eyed, long blond haired, bearded, white Jesus. it truly is very unlikely He appeared something on the component of that. in certainty the Bible in Isaiah says He wasnt good finding even, and that there grew to become into not something bodily suited in Him
