Im doing this for a project and was wondering what your work out plan is

since i am skinny i dont touch the treadmill...i do the weightlifting.12reps....but before going to the gym i take an aplodan pill which gives me a lot of energy. n also i drink a protein shake.

My plan or what I actually do?! ha!
My plan is to hit the elliptical and/or treadmill every-other day for at least 50 minutes, and eat healthy (watch calories).
But....I will start that after the holidays. For now, I just try to eat healthy most of the time, and walk the dog for exercise.

30 mins of exercise daily M-F (work days)
45 mins of exercise Sat and Sunday, and all days off from work.
(Exercise can be 15 mins of exercise bike, and 15 mins of treadmill, or all treadmill)

Hit the gym, every day cardio hour and half. Every other day, lift weights.
