I have about seven small cuts on my face. They are all from popping pimples and such. I will never pop my pimples again. However, most of these cuts are close to being scabbed over and are all dried out.
Im planning on just leaving them alone and washing my face gently as usual. It seems as though everytime I put healing ointment on them, it only prolongs the healing time.
If I just leave these cuts alone do you think they will be healed in about 5 or 6 days? I've had them for awhile.

If its scabbing it needs to dry out.
Leave it alone and let it dry. Putting ointment
just moisturizes it more and then in a
way starts the process all over.
If they are scabbing theys should heal in
a few days.

They will heal within a week. Invest in a Zeno machine. It helps prevent pimples and makes them go away in 12 hours or so. Works great!

If they're already dried up, then it's just a matter of the dead skin flaking off. Try exfoliating your face on a daily basis. Apricot Scrub worked really well for my face.
